Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate non-management and management positions
• Collaborate with HR on evaluation processes for union jobs
• Conduct job audits and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide strategic analysis for organizational changes
• Manage projects and develop mentorship for new staff
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
• At least 5 years in HR, with 2 focused on job evaluation
• Experience with the Korn Ferry Hay methodology
• Solid consultation and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
