Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a design team of Junior Designers
• Oversee daily operations and project scheduling in the design studio




• Review architectural and construction drawings for quality and accuracy
• Ensure technical accuracy in collaboration with technologists
• Act as main contact for clients and municipal authorities
Requirements:
• 3-4 years' experience in design or studio coordination
• Proven leadership experience with design teams
• Proficient in AutoCAD/BIM and design software
• Knowledge of Ontario building codes is an asset
