Reporting to the Manager of Educational Services and Events, the Senior Program Officer is responsible for creating high-quality, non-partisan outreach initiatives. You will manage the lifecycle of programs, engage stakeholders, and ensure impactful delivery to support parliamentarians and promote understanding of Canada’s legislative process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead national educational and outreach programs effectively
• Develop engaging content for diverse audiences
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve program delivery




• Collaborate with parliamentarians and various stakeholders
• Manage complex projects, budgets, and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to coordinate large-scale events
• Solid background in creating educational resources
• Knowledge of Canadian parliamentary history and processes
