About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Digital Marketing Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the digital marketing function, with a focus on driving strategy, digital lead generation, customer experience, and marketing technology capabilities. This role is pivotal in defining the future state of digital marketing, including the establishment of the strategy, operating model, processes, technology ecosystem, and team capabilities to enhance marketing performance. The AVP will also be tasked with designing a robust content program, pioneering AI search strategies,



and ensuring the MarTech ecosystem is architected to support intelligent personalization at scale.

Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing and communications, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership position. Deep expertise in digital marketing operations and MarTech, particularly in CRM, CDP, marketing automation, and analytics, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in AI and search innovation, operational excellence, and strategic execution. Experience in financial services or other highly regulated B2B and B2C environments is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader who is adept at team building, data-driven decision-making, and has a proven track record of driving innovation within governance and compliance frameworks. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or graduate degree considered an asset.
