Take charge as the Aerospace Operations Leader for Wings & Fuselage, managing operations in both Mirabel, Canada and Mobile, Alabama. This critical role focuses on safety and operational integrity in aerospace manufacturing.
We are in search of a strategic leader with a minimum of 15 years in aerospace, particularly within wings operations. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, drive quality performance, and enforce a culture of continuous improvement while managing complex operational challenges. Your knowledge of final assembly processes and lean manufacturing will be key in ensuring excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Aerospace Engineering degree or similar
• 15+ years of aerospace experience
• 10+ years manufacturing expertise
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Familiarity with EHS standards and Lean techniques
