The Opportunity
The AI Coordinator is a hands‑on execution role in Isaac's AI Team, sitting within the Technology function alongside the AI Lead. The role keeps the day‑to‑day program running: tracking initiatives, delivering training, driving adoption, and acting as the first point of contact for AI questions from across the business.
What You'll Do
Initiative management
- Own the day‑to‑day tracking of AI initiatives across Isaac's five delivery pipelines
- Keep the initiative board current and flag items that are stalling
- Triage incoming requests from the business and route them to the right pipeline with a clear owner and priority
- Surface decisions to the AI Lead before they become blockers
Education and training delivery
- Build and deliver the AI 101 curriculum covering common day‑to‑day use cases
- Develop additional training as adoption grows, including token‑efficiency content
- Manage the weekly AI Newsletter: curate updates on tools, policy changes, and best practices
- Track skills audit data and feed it into the training roadmap with the AI Lead and L&D; team
Adoption and engagement
- Support the AI adoption campaign: run review days, build AI champions content, produce how‑to guides for front‑office activities
- Identify teams underusing the tools and work with them to find a practical starting point
- Coordinate with sector leads and Head Office departments to get comms to the right people
Tool and vendor support
- Maintain the repository of approved AI tools and best practices
- Support the ongoing market scan: track new tools and summarize what they do
- Onboard vetted tools: write access guides, communicate changes to staff, keep the inventory current
- Act as first point of contact for staff questions about which tools to use and how
Triage and governance operations
- Run the incoming triage process for AI requests, apply the current policy, and communicate outcomes
- Keep financial tracking for the AI initiative current and contribute to Steering Group reporting
Diagnostic and data support
- Support day‑in‑the‑life studies and the AI skills audit: collect, organize, and summarize findings
- Assist project teams applying AI on active client work within Isaac's data policy
What You Bring
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or related discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in a coordination, program/project support, operations, or similar execution‑focused role
- Hands‑on familiarity with everyday AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and genuine curiosity about how they get adopted in a business setting
- Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets including organizing, cleaning, and summarizing information from multiple sources
- Strong written communication skills and comfortable producing guides, newsletters, and training materials for a non‑technical audience
- Experience building clear, well‑organized slide decks (PowerPoint or similar)
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable being the point person others come to with questions
- Confident presenting to and communicating with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders
