OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, capable of managing financials, driving business development, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a background in accounting, corporate finance, or financial services.Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.- Oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, forecasting, account reconciliation, tax strategy,



payroll and metrics.- Provide strategic guidance on business development initiatives to enhance revenue growth.- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards while maintaining accurate financial records.- Prepare and present financial reports for the director.Qualifications- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance.- Previous experience with a mental health group practice an asset.- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.- Proficiency in budgeting processes and account reconciliation techniques.- Solid analytical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.- Ability to work remotely.Job Details- Job Type: Fixed term contract- Contract length: 12 months- Pay: From $30.58 per hour- Expected hours: 5 per week- Location: Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
