As a Guest Services Manager, you'll partner with Young Life of Canada to provide outstanding guest services. This full-time position involves leading a motivated team and ensuring that all guest interactions reflect Christ’s love. Your role will also include maximizing rental opportunities from September to June, contributing to the property’s sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Guest Services team to enhance guest experiences
• Coordinate seasonal recreation and programming
• Maintain solid communication with Young Life staff
• Recruit and prepare staff throughout the year
• Foster a culture of honesty, accountability, and joy
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of management experience in hospitality
• Strategic marketing skills for guest services
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Experience in youth ministry preferred
• Proven ability in budget and asset management
