In this role, you will be a key financial partner for operational leaders within the Banff Jasper Collection. Bringing your analytical expertise, you will support P&L; management, budgeting, and lead insightful forecasting processes. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure effective financial decision-making and guide future growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with operators to improve financial performance
• Oversee month-end processes, reporting, and forecasts
• Ensure achievement of EBITDA targets and manage budgets
• Prepare financial performance insights for leadership
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance/accounting
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in finance roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial metrics
• Strong communication skills to explain financial insights
• Experience with departmental P&L; management
