WSP is actively seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join its Remediation Program Management team, addressing complex issues in a collaborative workplace. You will plan and manage environmental assessments, mentoring junior staff while ensuring health and safety compliance. Engage with clients and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success across various oil and gas sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee environmental assessments and remediation projects
• Prepare Health and Safety and Emergency response plans
• Develop proposals, cost estimates,
and project schedules
• Train junior staff in environmental practices and safety protocols
• Collaborate with clients to align project objectives
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering or earth sciences
• Minimum 10 years in contaminated site assessments
• Familiarity with Northern environmental conditions preferred
• Skilled designation eligibility in NWT and Yukon
• Strong safety-conscious mindset
