Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical reviews of medication orders for safety
• Oversee pharmacy technicians during medication dispensing
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for patient education




• Participate in and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulations
Requirements:
• PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy required
• Good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Previous hospital or residency experience is preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to manage workload efficiently
