Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare architectural design packages and construction documents
• Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and site plans
• Review project specifications and client requirements




• Ensure compliance with codes and zoning by-laws

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and drafting
• Valid BCIN preferred for permit preparation
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
