Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and service industry, is seeking a SAP PM/EAM Functional Lead to join their team. As a SAP PM/EAM Functional Lead, you will be part of the Application Support team supporting enterprise maintenance and warranty management processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to support operations, which will align successfully in the organization.

This is a contract to Hire position.

Job Title: SAP PM/EAM Functional Lead

Location: On site (5 days/week) in Calgary, AB

Duration: 6 months + Client is looking for consultant to convert to fulltime permanent after 6 months.

What's the Job?

- Provide day-to-day application management and production support for SAP HANA SCM Plant Maintenance and Warranty Management processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed service levels.
- Perform issue analysis, root cause identification, and recommend permanent fixes.
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment of minor enhancements and defect fixes in SAP PM and Warranty Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution across integrated SAP modules and external systems.

What's Needed?





- 8+ years of experience in application management support / AMS for SAP HANA SCM environments.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Warranty Management processes.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Understanding of SAP HANA environment and production support considerations.
- Knowledge of SAP configuration analysis, defect troubleshooting, testing support, and deployment support.
