What You’ll Need

- Valid IRATA Level 3 Certification (in good standing)




- Standard First Aid Certification
- CSTS / OSSA Regional/ ESC CSO/ BSO
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Other site-specific safety tickets (e.g., Confined Space Entry, H2S Alive, WHMIS, Fall Protection, TDG, Mobile EWP, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician in industrial environments
- Strong understanding of rope access theory, rigging principles, maneuvers, hauling systems, and advanced rescue techniques
- Ability to lead, instruct, and supervise Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
- Strong safety, quality, and client-focus mindset
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in remote, high-risk, and variable conditions
- Problem-solving and time-management skills with attention to detail
