AWC is expanding its Controls/Automation Division and seeks a technically proficient candidate with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Your role will include developing industrial control systems, troubleshooting PLC and SCADA applications, and working closely with multiple engineering and operational teams. You will engage with customers and support field operations while maintaining high standards of service and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop industrial control systems from concept to commissioning • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLC and SCADA systems • Design sequence-based control logic from diagrams • Communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues • Provide mentorship to junior staff

Requirements: • 5-10 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary education in Automation & Instrumentation • Familiarity with Rockwell and Siemens platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Solid problem-solving abilities
