Your Role

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

- Process shipments, replenish, mark down and merchandise product efficiently and promptly.
- Maintain the Stockroom, organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials and fixtures.
- Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop and execute action plans.
- Support team members with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance when needed.
- Follow safety, Asset Protection and AEO policies and procedures in both Stockroom and Salesfloor.

Qualifications

- Passion for AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
- Adaptable availability: early morning, late evening and weekends.
- Previous experience in a stock‑related role.
