Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain kitchen equipment like ovens and freezers
• Execute building maintenance tasks and landscaping

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and your own tools
• Ability to lift heavy items and climb as needed
