Senior IT Business Analyst to design enterprise solutions (Salesforce) using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including Business Process improvement for our Utility client

Our energy and utilities client is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst (10+ years) to gather requirements and design enterprise solutions using Salesforce, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies

Calgary Candidates preferred. Candidates will be hybrid, in either Calgary or Edmonton

Must Haves

- 7+ years as a IT Business Analyst delivering enterprise solutions (requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design )
- Experience with Salesforce and enterprise solutions
- Experience in both Agile/Waterfall and project management methodologies, and tools including Jira
- Experience with Business process improvement , testing , test plans , and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders
- Create business requirements, business cases, decision records, process flows, and user guides
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and recommend solutions
- Assist in estimating and coordinating resources throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and recommend solutions
- Develop and execute test plans for system implementations




- Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users
