Pay Rate: Competitive wages payable plus bonus incentives.
Responsibilities
- Load rooftops with bundles of shingles and related products.
- Work closely with the driver to ensure safe and effective delivery of product.
- Handle material by hand and with appropriate equipment.
- Safely load, unload, move, ship and receive product and inventory.
- Ensure orders are picked correctly, tagged and double‑checked.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the store and yard.
- Strictly adhere to all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Fall Protection / working at heights training – an asset (training can be provided).
- Valid forklift license – an asset (training can be provided).
- Ability to lift, push or carry up to 100 lbs and no fear of heights.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience – preferred.
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset.
