As an Architectural Technologist, you will prepare permit-ready drawings that align with regulatory standards, all while interfacing with clients and municipal stakeholders. Your contributions to design and documentation will ensure that projects progress smoothly from conception to permit issuance. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in addressing any permitting challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create architectural design and construction document packages
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, and construction details




• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
• Submit and manage building permit applications
• Act as the main contact for permit-related communications
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline
• 3-5 years experience in design and permitting
• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code essential
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit is an asset
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
