The Company is seeking a Head of Construction to lead the advancement of its unique construction identity. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 12 Project Managers and Superintendents, providing leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to ensure consistent execution across all projects. This role is pivotal in acting as a central hub for knowledge transfer, capability building, and cross-functional alignment with senior leaders. The Head of Construction will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company, with a focus on scaling the business, strengthening its people, and delivering exceptional developments.





The ideal candidate for the Head of Construction position at the company will be a proven construction leader with excellent people management and project management skills. While specific wood-frame, multi-residential experience is an asset, it is not a requirement. The role demands a candidate who can bring discipline, structure, and a good understanding of best practices and process improvement, while remaining open and adaptable to ensure that changes enhance the company's unique approach to construction.
