Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute mid-level fundraising strategies
• Cultivate and solicit mid-level donors effectively
• Provide personalized donor engagement through various channels




• Track interactions and maintain accurate donor records
• Collaborate with teams to create impactful donor materials
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of fundraising experience in donor cultivation
• Knowledge of fund development best practices
• Proficiency in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
• Solid organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Excellent writing and data analysis capabilities
