In this pivotal role, you will oversee Air Ambulance pilot training, including ground school and simulator sessions. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pilot training including simulator sessions and line checks
• Coordinate training schedules effectively with team
• Maintain and develop Air Ambulance SOPs and standards




• Mentor team members and assist in their skilled growth
• Oversee Electronic Training Record (ETR) system management
Requirements:
• Experience on King Air 200 or 350 required
• Valid ATPL with 2500 hours total flying time
• 500 multi-engine and 1000 PIC hours
• Strong organizational skills for effective planning
• Knowledge of Aerospace operations and document management
