Responsibilities

- Provide financial leadership across all core accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate reporting and effective financial management.
- Guide the organization's planning process through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic objectives.
- Manage banking relationships, regulatory compliance, and external advisors while ensuring sound financial governance.
- Evaluate financial results, identify business trends, and recommend initiatives to improve profitability, efficiency, and cash flow.




- Build and develop a high-performing finance team while enhancing systems, controls, and operational processes.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to support decision-making, long-term planning, and overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Canadian CPA designation with a minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Solid background in operational accounting and general controllership functions
- Experience working with NetSuite ERP.
- 3–5 years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing direct reports.
