This role reports to the Corporate Controller and is integral in aligning payroll operations across Canadian entities. You will handle end-to-end payroll processing, maintain data integrity, and support human resources in perks management. Your analytical and compliance skills will support payroll reporting and identify opportunities for enhancing system efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare certified payroll reports ensuring compliance
• Conduct regular audits for data accuracy
• Support biweekly payroll processing and reporting




• Ensure compliance with wage legislation and company policies
• Provide support on payroll and benefits inquiries
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or HR
• 4–7 years experience in payroll management
• Strong understanding of Canadian payroll tax laws
• Multi-provincial payroll experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ADP knowledge helpful
