Become a Regional Property Supervisor at Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) and manage a diverse property portfolio. Oversee staff training and ensure compliance while enhancing resident experiences.
In this full time role, you will report to the Director of Property Management and take charge of staff supervision, training, and compliance. Ensuring investor expectations are met while maintaining CEDC’s commitment to affordable and quality housing is central to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and evaluate property management staff
• Ensure effective resident screening and compliance adherence
• Conduct bi-monthly property visits to address concerns
• Support resident retention initiatives and communication
• Review financial performance and manage budgets
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in property management supervision
• 3 years of California Tax Credit experience preferred
• Proficiency in Yardi software and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are beneficial
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license
