Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute experiments for process optimization
• Scale-up manufacturing from lab to clinical scale




• Conduct manufacturing of cell and virus therapy products
• Perform QC testing to ensure product compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and experiments
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a related field
• Minimum three years in cell and gene therapy development
• Expertise in aseptic techniques and cell culture
• Experience executing QC testing for cell products
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
