In the role of Legal Talent Coordinator, you will support local and national talent initiatives within a dynamic team. Main responsibilities include managing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews. The position also involves social event planning, mentorship program coordination, and supporting budget tracking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the lateral recruitment process from application to offer
• Manage onboarding and orientation for current lawyers and Law Clerks
• Plan and execute social events and engagement initiatives




• Support performance review and compensation processes
• Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in legal talent or HR roles
• University degree or diploma in Business or HR
• Experience with HRIS software, ideally Workday
• Exceptional project management and communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
