We are looking for a dedicated Production Framer to contribute to our recent, high-tech plant. This role involves assembling and finishing structures while following building plans to determine necessary materials and dimensions. Candidates must have proficiency with a variety of tools and a commitment to safety and quality control in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finish and assemble wall, floor, and roof framing
• Measure and cut lumber based on specifications
• Install and fit windows and doors accurately
• Provide mentorship to other framing staff
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of framing experience
• Strong knowledge of building codes
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
• Ability to work in potentially hazardous environments
