Mining Equipment Technicians - Canada Wide Paid Flights - 14X14 - Housing + $60 Meal Allowance - Up to $93.75/hr - Timmins, ON

Big Country Equipment is seeking Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians for their Timmins, Ontario location. These technicians will work a 14X14 rotation, performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment in mining and construction environments. The ideal candidates are experienced, safety-focused, and ready to work in a agile, resource-based industry with excellent company-provided perks.

What You’ll Need





- Minimum 3 years recent experience with off-road construction and mining equipment
- Journeyman Heavy Duty Off-Road Technician certification
- Red Seal required
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably
- Pass 8-panel drug test (including marijuana) and alcohol breath test
- Clean 5-year driver’s abstract
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Provide 2 direct supervisor references
- Pass a Criminal Record check

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Experience with mining equipment preferred
- Experience with Hitachi, Komatsu, CAT, and John Deere brands
- Experience with surface drills and electric/hydraulic shovels considered an asset
