In your role as Management of Change Coordinator at Precision Drilling Canada, LP, you will take charge of the MOC process, ensuring robust compliance with applicable standards. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations, HSE, and Engineering, will facilitate effective decision-making and MOC reviews. You will be responsible for tracking MOC actions and maintaining vital documentation, critical for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the MOC process efficiently
• Work with cross-functional teams for effective MOC reviews




• Track and document MOC actions for compliance
• Prepare and support risk assessments and MOC meetings
• Improve the SAP MOC system and support training
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of field or process experience
• Degree in Engineering, Industrial, or Safety is a plus
• Knowledge of drilling operations and MOC preferred
• Strong data management and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge
