As a full time Services Manager, you will oversee all service operations within Sephora’s Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio. You will ensure teams are well-trained, embrace innovations, and manage client reservations efficiently, enhancing customer interaction. Your leadership will drive success in service delivery, event management, and training development within your store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of service areas in the store
• Oversee Beauty Advisors and their training programs




• Ensure effective client check-in and scheduling processes
• Organize in-store events and training opportunities
• Provide timely performance feedback and support
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proven ability to build and lead effective teams
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fragrant environment
