Responsibilities
- Administrative support: master the Workday system and manage administrative processes such as employment contracts (permanent, temporary, intern), employee file management, absence management, etc.
- Extract various reports and ensure data consistency in the system by analyzing indicators and submitting recommendations to the PARH based on actions and trends to support strategic decision‑making.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks and alerting the HRBP to problematic situations.
- Prepare various administrative materials for the HRBP team to ensure standardization and consistency of communicated information.
- Support the HRBP in the People Tempo cycle, including planning assistance, tool creation,
supporting documentation and communications.
- Organize and prepare the respective reviews and ensure timely quality reporting.
- Participate in various meetings such as team meetings and complete meeting minutes and action trackers.
- Ensure consolidation of data in the shared repository.
- Coordinate all activities related to terminations and provide tangible data on reasons for departures and attrition decreases.
- Ensure that all relevant policies and procedures are implemented and compliant.
- Perform Workday updates related to all employee lifecycle actions, from hiring to retirement.
- Provide support to employees by answering questions referred by HR Connect, directing them to appropriate resources and helping them understand HR policies and procedures.
- Refer employees to the HRBP for conflict situations or when additional support is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in management or human resources.
- Minimum one year of experience in an HR support role.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communicator with the ability to train and maintain good relationships.
- Results‑oriented and organized, with the ability to plan and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates initiative and judgment and acts as a facilitator in change management.
- Able to perform in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions.
