As a Contact Sales Specialist, you will interact mainly through phone and email, maintaining solid relationships with your defined accounts. You will play a pivotal role in identifying substantial growth opportunities while managing activities like reactivation of inactive accounts and cross-selling products in conjunction with the Sales Development Rep team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain communication with customers in your account package
• Apply consultative selling to pinpoint customer requirements
• Handle RFQs, quotes,
and sales orders actively
• Meet customers in person on select occasions
• Collaborate with the Sales Development Rep team for account growth
Requirements:
• Post-secondary technical education in relevant fields
• 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales
• Strong communication skills across diverse groups
• Comfortable decision-making at transactional levels
• Bilingual (French/English) is a plus
