This position runs from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and you will play a vital role in the Back on Track program. Engage with students facing academic challenges, lead group workshops, and closely monitor their progress. Your work will involve collaboration with the Ottawa Catholic School Board and community partners, setting a path for personal and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops addressing behavioral issues
• Support students with schoolwork and assignments
• Interact regularly with students' parents/guardians
• Oversee case files and program documentation
• Draft annual reports detailing program results
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in youth work or similar
• 2-3 years of youth intervention experience
• Robust command of English, other languages appreciated
• Initiative and collaboration skills
• Valid work permit for Canada
