About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Core Trade Finance within its Global Transaction Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing trade finance product coverage, structuring advice, and risk mitigation solutions to a portfolio of multinational corporate clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a client-centric focus, a solid understanding of credit structuring,



and a proven track record in deal origination and execution. The VP will be expected to lead the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, including deal origination, structuring, and execution, and to maintain and deepen client relationships. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are essential for success in this position.

Applicants for the Vice President role should have 10-15 years' of relevant experience in trade finance or corporate/commercial lending, with a specific focus on traditional trade finance products. A background in structuring complex financial transactions, negotiating legal documentation, and a sound understanding of credit products is required. The role demands a candidate with the ability to identify business opportunities, deliver professional product ideas, and drive the resolution of client issues. A high level of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to operate across various industries is expected.
