As part of the SID team at iCapital, you'll drive operational efficiency and support the sales team. Key focus areas include managing the onboarding process for current companies, coordinating compliance disclosures, and ensuring accurate sales data. Your role demands detail-oriented management and effective collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new partners
• Work with Compliance to accelerate onboarding approvals
• Provide regular updates on onboarding status
• Assist with Salesforce enhancement initiatives
• Consolidate data for compliance disclosures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Finance or Business
• 1-3 years of experience in operations or compliance
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Excel proficiency and project management skills
