You will also facilitate method validation and contribute to training initiatives for recent personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform microbiological analyses on various samples
• Prepare media and manage autoclave and cleanliness
• Lead and support method validation efforts
• Provide assistance during audits and compliance checks
• Calibrate and troubleshoot lab instruments
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Microbiology
• 1-3 years of related industry experience
• Proficiency with aseptic techniques required
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of microbiology testing per USP standards
