This seasonal, full-time position is ideal for individuals with a solid background in ski or snowboard instruction and supervisory skills. You will support the Snow School Manager by overseeing operations, training instructors, and ensuring adherence to operational goals while enhancing guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily operating procedures for the Snow School
• Lead instructor training and development initiatives
• Oversee administrative tasks including payroll and scheduling




• Track instructor performance and ensure feedback is provided
• Drive compliance with safety programs and regulations
Requirements:
• Current PSIC/CASI/CSIA certification preferred
• 3–5 years of ski/snowboard teaching experience
• At least one year in a supervisory capacity
• Ability to schedule flexibly including nights and weekends
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
