Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Support personal care and hygiene tasks
• Lift and transfer patients as needed




• Observe and report on patient conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for care delivery
Requirements:
• Registered or eligible with CLHA as Health Care Aide
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
• Medical Terminology course required
• Current BCLS-HCP certification needed
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
