Working in a small quick-paced restaurant your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Expertly preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks to recipe standards at a high volume
- Provide consistent latte art
- Opening and closing of the restaurants
- Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and dining experience
- Good knowledge of restaurant menu
- Handling POS system and table reservation system
- Providing drink recommendations and upselling products
- Handling payments, till open and closures
- Taking reservations in person or by telephone.
- Keeping the working area clean at all times.
- Daily and weekly cleaning
- Effectively communicating with kitchen staff and working closely in a high paced environment
Experience / Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience

Venue Manager, Floor Lead
Visa Status
A valid working visa for Japan is required for all applicants.

Availability
AvailabilityPlease note this is required for winter positions.I am available to work between December 1 and March 31.
