As Head of Characters, you’ll steer character asset creation, guiding a team through modeling, rigging, and CFX processes. Collaborating with Directors and VFX Supervisors, you will convert 2D concepts into 3D reality while upholding rigorous technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise creation of stylized character assets from modeling to CFX
• Define artistic and technical standards for character asset quality




• Provide actionable feedback across character departments
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate ideas into 3D
• Maintain efficient asset-production workflows avoiding technical debt
Requirements:
• 10 years in character asset creation; 5-7 in leadership
• Proficient in Maya, ZBrush, Substance, and more
• Solid understanding of 3D animation pipeline
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience with project management systems
