Our power & utilities client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to provide data and reporting support for a Human Capital Management (HCM) module in Oracle ERP, using OTBI and BI Publisher

Candidates can be located in Calgary or Edmonton - Hybrid work environment - 37.5 hour work week

Must Haves

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Report Developer within an enterprise workplace
- Experience with Oracle HCM , Oracle Fusion , Oracle Cloud HCM , and HCM subject areas
- Experience using OTBI and BI Publisher for report and dashboard development
- Experience with HCM data, data validation, data reconciliation, and report troubleshooting

Nice to Have

- Experience with BICC (BI Cloud Connector) for Oracle data extraction
- Experience with SCM and FIN modules of Oracle ERP
- Experience in utilities, energy,



or regulated industry environments
- Familiarity with HR data, processes, and confidentiality requirements

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary support contact for HCM module data and reporting needs within the Oracle ERP
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Partner with HR and business groups to gather reporting requirements and deliver data solutions
- Extract, validate, and reconcile HCM data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Investigate and resolve HCM data and reporting issues
- Support recurring and ad-hoc HR reporting deliverables
- Document processes and report logic to support continuity during and after the contract
