About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Plant Finance for a strategic role that directly impacts the performance of two major industrial sites. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving the financial performance of the plants. This role is not just about number-crunching; it involves leading a dedicated finance team, ensuring transparent financial control, and deploying corrective action plans. The Head of Plant Finance will also be involved in budget planning, asset and investment management, and will play a critical role in commercial support and compliance, particularly in the areas of financial compliance of bids and contracts, and supporting teams during client negotiations.

Applicants must be bilingual in French and English,



with a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, and a CPA designation is a major asset. A minimum of 8 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required, with a preference for those with experience in the energy, transport, or distribution sectors. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in team mobilization, business process optimization, and robust business acumen, particularly in contract negotiation. An analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to collaboration with operational teams are essential for this position. The Head of Plant Finance will have the autonomy to optimize processes and is expected to be a transformational leader, driving the sustainable profitability of the organization.
