Job Title: Licensed Millwright (433A)
Client: Leading Client of MM Management into Automotive Manufacturing
Shift: Afternoon Shift
Pay: $40 - $45 per hour (Shift Premium Included)
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment within an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Repair and replace defective parts, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Install new machinery and equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and machining tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario Millwright (433A) license is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 to 5 year previous experience in a manufacturing industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all employee
- Proven experience working as a Millwright in an industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Welding and fabrication skills are an asset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be available to work the afternoon shift in Mississauga.
