Position: Associate of Member Development, Full-Time

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Associate of Member Development prepares and edits correspondence and documents, manages inbound and outbound calls to support business development, and serves as a first point of contact for staff, members, and the public. This role requires comfort with current technology and the ability to engage with others professionally and diplomatically at all times.
