Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services for residents in hospice care
• Lead shift report to keep the healthcare team informed
• Document significant changes in residents’ conditions




• Review and implement physician orders promptly
• Communicate any issues in processing orders quickly
Requirements:
• Experience in Palliative and Hospice Care Nursing
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Knowledge of relevant health acts and regulations
• Compassionate approach to end-of-life care
• Solid organizational and communication skills
