Our client is a Canadian-owned manufacturer providing solutions that improve efficiency, safety, and performance across industrial operations. They produce plastic and rubber components that help reduce downtime and increase productivity. This role is located in the Port Kells area of Surrey.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production equipment safely
- Inspect and verify materials and finished products
- Record measurements and operate weighing scales
- Identify and separate scrap or non-conforming materials
- Assist with equipment maintenance and workspace cleanliness
- Support packaging according to work instructions
- Train on material handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes
Requirements
- Clean criminal record required
- Robust attention to detail and safety
- Manufacturing experience is an asset
- Experience and comfortable with power tools
