They are currently seeking an Executive Vice President for Growth and Innovation. This pivotal role is focused on defining and advancing integrated portfolios of products, programs, and platforms that drive business growth and long-term value creation for Canadian agriculture. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the enterprise, providing a comprehensive view of the agriculture ecosystem and ensuring that the company's strategy is translated into effective solutions for customers and partners. Responsibilities include enterprise leadership in product strategy, innovation governance, partnerships, and product lifecycle management, with a strong emphasis on accelerating innovation and delivering impactful solutions.





The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a highly credible enterprise leader with a background in product, innovation, growth, or strategy within commercially driven organizations. Robust financial and risk acumen, as well as the ability to translate market insight and data-driven analysis into successful product development, are essential. The role requires an effective collaborator and integrator, capable of aligning cross-functional teams to advance complex initiatives. Experience in managing innovation pipelines, investment decisions, and building strategic partnerships is also key. While not mandatory, a connection to agriculture, food systems, or related sectors, and bilingualism in English and French, would be considered assets.
