Responsibilities
- Provide tailored one-on-one consultations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and commission goals.
- Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Ensure merchandise presentation, stock levels, and tester areas are maintained to brand standards.
- Process sales transactions and manage returns with professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years retail or beauty sales experience, preferably with skincare brands.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and ability to learn technical product advantages.
- Excellent communication, clienteling, and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
